Refund and Returns Policy
At Easy Print Spot, we value the significance of printed materials for your special moments. Our Print with Confidence program ensures complete satisfaction with your final product, providing you peace of mind while printing. The program involves a thorough review of your files and order notes by two design professionals before printing, ensuring every detail is flawless. Our design team will promptly notify you of any issues and seek your approval for any necessary changes before proceeding with printing. Additionally, our program offers free reprints within 7 days of receiving your order if any print or quality defects are identified during our Design Review Process. At Easy Print Spot, your satisfaction is our top priority. Moreover, a portion of this fee contributes $1 to One Tree Planted to support environmental restoration efforts. That’s our Print with Confidence guarantee.
Cancellation Policy
You have the option to cancel your order and receive a full refund as long as it has not entered the print production stage. Please note that the majority of orders are sent to print within a few hours of placement. Once an order has reached the print stage, it cannot be canceled.
Event Disruption Reprint Guarantee
In the event of your occasion being postponed, relocated, or canceled, Easy Print Spot will issue a single-use, unique reprint code for 50% off your next order (up to the amount of the original order).
Restrictions:
- The discount code is single-use and can only be used to reprint items for the same event. If the original event was canceled, the code may be used for an unrelated event or occasion.
- The 50% discount applies up to the subtotal amount of the original order.
- Offer does not apply to taxes, shipping, or handling fees.
- The name, email, and shipping/billing address on the reprint order must match the original order.
- The coupon code is linked to the email address associated with the original order and cannot be used with any alternative email addresses.
- Only one reprint code will be issued per original order.
To receive your reprint code: Email hello@easyprintspot.com with your original order number and the reason for the event postponement, relocation, or cancellation.
Returns
Products sold by Easy Print Spot are custom printed and therefore not eligible for returns. However, if the printed items are defective due to an error in the printing process or if they were damaged during shipping, the order may be eligible for a courtesy reprint. If you believe this applies to your order, please review the Reprints / Refunds section below. Ensure to provide your contact details, order number, and digital images depicting any damage or defects. Customers must report issues within 7 days of the order being delivered to the provided address.
Reprints / Refunds
To qualify for a reprint or refund, inform Easy Print Spot by emailing hello@easyprintspot.com within 7 days of the order being delivered to the provided address. “Delivered” is defined by the shipping company tracking timestamp. Include:
- Your contact information
- Order number
- Photos showing any damage or defects
Upon receiving your email detailing concerns with your order, we will review the submitted photos and may reach out to you for further clarification. If a reprint is authorized, it will be processed in the next production run and dispatched using our complimentary shipping. Reprints will only be shipped via Express 1-2 day shipping if the original order was shipped via Express or if the client pays for Express shipping for the reprint. If time does not permit a reprint before the event, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Upon initiation of a refund, you can expect to receive the credit within 2-3 days, subject to your card issuer’s policies.
Typos/Misspellings
At Easy Print Spot, we meticulously review each file to ensure correct sizing and resolution for the highest printing quality. Clients are responsible for the final uploaded design, including layout, content, and text. Any typos or design-related errors are the client’s responsibility. Should a reprint be necessary due to a design error, contact us, and we’ll work with you to find a solution.
Shipping
Shipping costs and terms for orders will be displayed in the shopping cart during checkout. “Free Shipping” applies only to standard ground shipping within the contiguous United States. Additional charges apply to shipments outside this area and for expedited shipping. Easy Print Spot is not liable for shipping delays caused by the carrier. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If an order is not delivered within the expected timeframe due to an incorrect or insufficient shipping address, the client is not eligible for a refund. However, if there are delivery delays, contact us for assistance within our capacity.
Incorrect or Insufficient Address
Refunds will not be issued for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the client. Upon receiving the returned order, Easy Print Spot will reship to the corrected address at no extra charge. Reshipped orders will use our complimentary shipping, including those initially shipped via 1-2 day USPS Priority Express. If expedited shipping is preferred, an additional fee applies.
